🐃 Gopro 5 Black Screen Not Working

Hey, I went to bestbuy this morning, and got a new battery. My camera powered right up. It will still not charge when plugged in though, so I had to buy the $50 standalone charger kit, at least it came with another battery though. Try a different battery if you can get one, there's a chance it could work. Good luck. I have seen this problem all over the internet and no real solution posted. I bought a gopro 5 Black and plugged it into the windows 10 laptop. It is not recognized. I plug it into a windows 7 system with same hardware and it comes up.
