Vivoactive open water swim. ANDY-PIPER over 4 years ago. Sorry if this has been answered before. I have a Vivoactive multisport watch and have an open water swim event this weekend. You can alter the pool length and then there is a custom setting. Am I right in thinking I can add the length of the swim in there to get an accurate time etc? Thanks. It happens that the watch is showing incorrect time. The difference was from few minutes to one and half hour. It happend 2-3 times when the Time Source was Auto. Thought it was the problem with phone communication and changed Time Source to Manual mode. It was OK for 2-3 weeks and today in Manual mode of Time Source it happend again - the Thank you so much, luckily I read this as the last time I was unlucky when my HR broke and just gave up and bought the new vivoactive 3M. This time when it broke, I didn't just give when I gave my serial number and it automatically came back with the message that my watch was "no longer in warranty" I proceeded to get in touch with customer service here in the UK via e-mail explaining that I I don't think this is what is happening as there is no HR set threshold that I know of that can be set in the Vivoactive 3 (I have checked all the HR related menus).
